TERMS OF SERVICE
• Animation commissions are primarily focused on short loops featuring one to two characters with minimal rendering.
• A time lapse and the work files are included in the commission for no extra charge.
• Voice acting and sounds are not included. You are allowed to have a third party dub the animation.
• I will be picky about the content of the animation, for example if its a fetish I’m not interested in I’ll ask you to chose something else. I also may have to deny complicated poses for something simpler.
• By commissioning me you acknowledge you have read and agreed to my TOS, and are at least 18 years old.
• Please have an existing reference image or sheet for all characters and be clear with your initial request.
• I will not design OCs from scratch. I will not draw OCs that do no belong to you without permission from the owner. This
excludes characters from popular media like shows or videogames.
• I will not draw extreme fetishes. A full list of my drawing preferences can be found here.
• I do not do private commissions, but you are allowed to remain anonymous when I post.
• I only offer one animation commission at a time via auction. Auction details will be posted on my socials.
• Payment is upfront via Paypal invoice only. Currency is in USD.
• Animation commissions should take two to three months to complete once you have paid. If there are significant delays you will be notified. I will work on other artwork alongside the animation, so progress won’t always be at a consistent pace.
• I will provide updates throughout the commission. I expect confirmation so I can continue.
• You are allowed to ask for changes. However, once the sketch is approved major changes to the drawing are at my discretion. This is especially true for animation commissions.
• I may refuse to work on an animation commission for any reason. I may cancel a commission for unprofessionalism or inappropriate behavior.
• I cannot offer refunds on animation commissions due to the nature of the work.
• You have the right to privacy. All information about you and private messages shall not be shared. If you choose to remain anonymous I will not mention you when posting the animation.
• You may post the animation to your social media platforms and galleries, with the exception of E621. You do not need to wait for me to post the animation.
• You do not need to credit me every time you post the animation, though it is appreciated.
• Do not edit the animation. You are allowed to add audio and voice acting.
• Do not share the timelapse or the work files. These are intended for your viewing only.
• You may use the artwork for any other personal non-profit use (profile picture or banner, roleplay, references, etc). Commercial uses of the artwork are not allowed (selling prints, NFTs, paywall, etc).
• I have the right to privacy. All information about me and private messages shall not be shared.
• I may publish the animation and files to my social media platforms and galleries.
• I retain the rights to the animation and files and can use them for any monetary or promotional purposes.
